MaineGeneral Medical Center is seeking a full-time PMHNP to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team. Our 30-bed inpatient unit treats adults 18 years old and over for acute mental health disorders and/or medical detox.

MaineGeneral offers a full range of care for individuals with mental health or substance use treatment needs. From inpatient acute stabilization through an array of outpatient services our goal is to help individuals and families build health relationships and satisfying lives. We provide brief hospitalization while developing plans for continuing treatment when patients transition out of our care. Referrals are sent through the community crisis system emergency departments and physicians. This role will include some consultation work and be part of the call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a PMHNP however we will consider the exceptional new graduate.
