IL RN Inpatient Rehab Nights JR103067

This is for night shift 7 pm to 7 am for Inpatient Rehab. We do all the same things a medical floor does except Heparin Drips. We have a high neuro population so being stroke certified definitely would be a plus but not a requirement . Weekends would be every third weekend . Friday and Saturday nights. Sundays would be considered part of the regular work week but I could accommodate some flexibility with that night if needed. Your Career. Our Company. Together We Grow. Assess patients to determine mental physical and spiritual needs. Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person. Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Licenses and Certification Current Illinois Registered Nurse license Current CPR/BLS Card
