Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in creating and developing a training program for Finishing/Visual across 3 shifts.
Train new and current employees in all areas of the workcell (@ stone visual belting etc.).
Create & document proper techniques/methods for all areas of the workcell.
Monitor and provide timely input on training progress to assist supervisor with employee performance appraisals.
Work with engineering on continuous improvement on quality systems and requirements.
Assist lead person and supervisor to help increase productivity solve scrap issues and reduce rework.
Maintain all training records for workcell areas per ISO/AS requirements.
Other duties assigned by supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years manufacturing experience.
Thorough understanding and interpretation of QEI/PEI/SOPS.
Experience with computers a plus.
Capable of having numerous training activities in process at the same time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous training experience a plus.
