Were seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Tech to provide expert-level end-user and CAD application support. This is an exciting on-site opportunity in Syracuse NY to work with cutting-edge technology and play a critical role within a leader in the U.S. defense community.
You will be responsible for working with the Field Services team while also acting as a collaborative force working directly with engineers designers and IT teams. This role is vital to maintaining troubleshooting and optimizing critical CAD and PLM software used throughout our shipbuilding projects in a high-performance computing (HPC) setting. If you are passionate about learning and have a deep expertise in Linux environments with a mindset for automation and performance tuning this is the role for you.
