Job Summary
GROUP IT Services is a functionally managed department that works for the Global Technology Platforms of EDT GmbH.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Own and manage workplace platform applications used across the Group
- Define and align application strategy with business and IT objectives.
- Oversee the full application lifecycle: onboarding deployment updates and retirement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security privacy and governance standards.
- Support integration and migration projects across the application ecosystem.
- Monitor application performance usage and user satisfaction.
- Drive adoption and change management initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and training materials for end users.
- Report regularly on application status KPIs and improvement opportunities.
What we need from you:
- bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field alternatively profound track record in the targeted field
- strong expertise in enterprise workplace applications and platform ownership
- proven experience in application lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination
- familiarity with IT strategy governance and compliance frameworks
- experience in application delivery deployment and integration
- solid understanding of service management and user adoption practices
- strong understanding and experience in Microsoft Intune (and other Microsoft technology stacks)
- excellent communication and documentation skills
- full proficiency in English
- german language is a plus
