What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
- 3 years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis with increasingly responsible experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP required.
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to analyze financial data.
- Ability to identify/communicate issues as they arise.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Detail Oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and analysis.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Previous Ag/Cost Accounting or Public Accounting experience a plus.
- Previous ERP software experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for accounting on crops as assigned: Forecasts Journal Entries Balance Analysis Variance Analysis and overall accountability to ensure accurate financial records.
- Seasonal Allocation entries.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various Farming Personnel.
- Ability to share knowledge/information at different levels in the organization.
- Support/Implement accounting objectives while being able to identify process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.

Total Rewards: $80000 - $95000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
