Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise financial acumen and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects from planning to closeout.
- Oversee project budgets schedules and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients engineers subcontractors and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and environmental standards.
- Negotiate contracts change orders and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Drive stakeholder communication reporting and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experiencemanaging water and/or wastewater plant construction projects.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems civil/structural works and mechanical/electrical installations.
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR Design-Build etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6 MS Project Procore etc.).
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
