The Opportunity

Were seeking a visionary and action-oriented Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and scale operations across multiple clinical and surgical sites. You will be the CEOs right handtranslating vision into execution across our diverse healthcare enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for clinics ASCs and ancillary departments
Supervise managers and elevate high-performing teams
Drive strategy expansion and tech-enabled innovation
Collaborate with physician leadership to streamline care delivery
Oversee budgets compliance and operational KPIs
Represent operations in board legal and vendor forums

What You Bring

710 years in senior healthcare operations (clinic ASC or multi-site)
Bachelors required; Masters (MBA MHA etc.) preferred
Track record of results in leadership financial oversight and team development
Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflow optimization and digital tools
Transparent strategic and collaborative leadership style
