We are seeking a Certified Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavior support services in a high school setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students through data-driven interventions observations and behavior plan implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct student observations and record data on behavioral progress.
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
Provide general behavioral support to promote positive student outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers paraprofessionals and administrative staff to maintain a supportive learning environment.
Participate in team meetings and professional development as assigned.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification please include a screenshot of the active certification when presenting candidates.
Male candidate (district requirement).
Previous school-based experience required preferably with high school students.
Strong interpersonal observational and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines for behavior intervention.
