SUMMARY
Operates equipment used for facilities maintenance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) years experience operating a variety of industrial equipment.
OR
Equivalent trade school training.
Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
Mechanical skills or experience.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.
Valid Arizona Drivers license (Arizona Drivers License required within 30 days of hire)
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
Post-offer/pre-employment lift test.
ADOT (Arizona Dept. of Transportation) Medical Certificate required after hire.
Bloodborne Pathogen training offered by TUSD Risk Management Department.

FTE:1.0 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
