Sell2Nelson is looking for an Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor retail sales or related experience preferred
- Automotive or mechanical knowledge preferred
- Valid in-state drivers license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Desire to have a positive attitude in a work environment.
- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of a full-time work week.
- Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
- Customer focused friendly personality.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment screening (includes background check and drug screen)
Requirements and job duties are as follows:
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work hard and have a great attitude.
- This individual will need to be able to connect with people at a high level both internally and externally work as a team and carry out Nelson core values daily.
- Acquisition Specialists are responsible for appraising and purchasing inventory for the Nelson Auto Group.
- No experience necessary. All newly hired Acquisition Specialists will go through training to learn how to appraise a car deliver an offer and overcome objections. This individual just needs to show up ready to work hard and Sell2Nelson will help prepare the new candidate for success.
The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Providing a great customer experience
- Building customer relationships
- Exceptional communication over the phone and in person
- Communicating the outcomes of customer interactions and appointments
- Actively working follow up daily inside of theCRM
- Accurately assessing a vehicle for condition
- Delivering an appraisal offer to customers
- Overcoming objections
- Working well with all other team members
- Purchasing inventory that is profitable
