The right person must and love working with people as well as have strong typing listening and communication skills. A Business Development Center (BDC) agent is the backbone of the dealership in todays market. Most of our shoppers begin online - efficiency knowledge and professionalism directly determines the success of the dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Lead & Appointment Management: log every contact attempt and conversation into the Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool with complete and accurate notes.
- Focus on setting appointments
- Track and confirm all appointments daily
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments
- Always nuture leads assisting customer in finding their needs
- Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
Product & Inventory knowledge: essential to success; must be able to confidently discuss vehicle features and options.
Review and analyze each lead at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better assist clients in their time and facilitating their car buying needs.

Automotive sales background preferred
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
