Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our security business unit.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic professionalism and commitment to quality in all assigned tasks
• Perform installation of high-security field devices and ensure proper setup calibration and functionality
• Complete field wiring terminations and testing in accordance with company standards and project specifications
• Install configure and troubleshoot headend equipment ensuring seamless integration with field components
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of work performed materials used and any issues encountered
• Adhere to all safety policies procedures and customer site requirements
• Collaborate with supervisors project managers and team members to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction

• High school diploma
• Minimum 35 years of field experience in installation maintenance or related trade
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required

Preferred Qualification:

• Relevant certifications (OSHA 10/30 manufacturer certifications or trade licenses)

Compensation starting in the mid $30s/hour commensurate with experience.
