Job Summary

1. Responsible for coordinating and leading logistics planning meetings (Pre-SOP and SOP) ensuring alignment between the Commercial Industrial Inside Sales and other support areas (Quality R&D A&C) to maintain a balance between supply and demand aligned with plant resources (MO MP production capacity) and meeting targets to achieve the expected financial results;

2. Define and implement strategies for maintaining inventory levels for finished products (Make to Stock MTS) (cables/accessories) according to the sales forecasts defined by the BUs in the SOP aiming to ensure supply continuity and inventory optimization at competitive levels;

3. Manage plant logistics indicators to maintain the required control levels for inventory levels (Finished Product FG Work in Process WIP and Raw Material MP) Service Level SOP Accuracy scrap/bad guys and Slow Movers; 4. Ensure and oversee the fulfillment of the demands of the commercial areas defined in the SOP meetings acting actively and preventively to obtain supply solutions (production inventory inter-company outsourcing etc.) to meet these demands;

5. Ensure the overall quality of production plant inventories acting immediately to correct deviations prevent excesses/shortages clean/scrap unwanted inventory offer slow-moving items and other actions that lead to the maintenance and optimization of the companys inventory levels whether FG WIP or PM;

6. Develop maintain and optimize planning materials management and production and sales portfolio monitoring tools aiming to streamline and accurate the departments activities;

7. Continuously monitor the Production Planning of the plants under your responsibility to meet customer-required delivery times; Work with the Inside Sales and Commercial teams to mitigate the risk of fines and penalties for non-compliance with current customer contracts;

8. Participate in meetings with customers as needed and requested by the commercial department to support potential alignment and integration needs of the entire supply chain;

9. Prepare logistics control reports for sales and production portfolios SOPs and inventory levels to meet internal decision-making needs. Maintain a daily monitoring database for sales/production planning activities and establish an Operating Cadence standard with the plant planning analyst team;

10. Work with other departments (A&C Industrial Commercial Logistics and Distribution) to reduce the number and risks of bad guys inherent in plant and business operations;

11. Organize understand and meet the demands of intra-company and inter-company flows whether for finished or semi-finished products; 12. Participate in ACC/ACO meetings to understand customer needs and define the most appropriate logistics strategy. If necessary convene ACC/ACO (Intercompany) meetings for processes that require alignment;

13. Keep plant production lead times tables updated as needed always aligned with production process capacities PM availability and plant resources (PM installed capacity equipment transfer) as well as ensure the maintenance of SAP system logistics view registration data (MRP views);

14. Ensure that the plant logistics planning team maintains the correct evaluation of production protocols protocol releases and PO issuances aligned with the defined deadlines; 15. Monitor the PO backlog with the plant logistics team ensuring compliance with established deadlines maintaining the quality of the backlog anticipating potential delays and proposing corrective or preventive measures always aligning delivery times with the Sales Department team;

16. Share the indicator targets for each unit with the plant logistics team and work with the team to support actions that lead to meeting these targets;

17. Attend weekly plant follow-up meetings with the sales departments (BUs) and Inside Sales aiming to position the sales backlog and production schedule;

18. Participate in internal and external training as needed available or whenever directed by the immediate supervisor striving for professional and personal development through technical improvement and updating; 19. Comply with the current DOA standards and ensure the companys Compliance guidelines as well as collaborate in the process of maintaining the Companys Integrated Management System (Quality Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety) taking note of the standards and procedures established.
