The role:
The Commercial Leasing team within Property and Development NSW are looking for an experienced property Leasing Manager to join their team!
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for supporting the optimisation of commercial leasing outcomes on behalf of Government Agencies by identifying new accommodation requirements and providing comprehensive end-to-end management of strategic leasing transactions.
In particular the Leasing Manager will assist the Leasing Director and Senior Leasing Manager in representing Government Agencies as head-lessee ensuring the delivery of seamless customer outcomes throughout the planning and implementation phases of accommodation and facilitating the effective transition to other teams during the handover process.
The role will include managing complex and sensitive issues while balancing the provision of considered strategic commercial property advice to key stakeholders and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure government directives policy and procedures are followed.
