Job Summary

Spa Concierge

The St. James is seeking aSpa Concierge(evenings and weekends)for its med spa Courted at its flagship location in Springfield Virginia.

The St. James is the premier sports wellness and active entertainment destination brand in the country with a mission to maximize human potential by designing developing and operating sports wellness and entertainment destinations that engage inspire and empower people to pursue their passions and be their best at play at work and in life. Our flagship development in Springfield Virginia features a premium health club celebrity chef-inspired restaurant premium medi-spa 20000 sq. ft. active entertainment center as well as an indoor field house with FIFA-sized field two NHL-regulation sized ice rinks 52-meter Olympic competition pool and much much more. The St. James allows the whole family to pursue their passions in 30 sports.

The Spa Concierge will be responsible for a variety of tasks to include the upkeep of a smooth operation of the spa supervision of spa concierges and delivery of a delightful guest experience. This position reports to the Spa Director.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check clients in and out distribute and enter information into the Zenoti platform.
Upkeep of record filing and retail shelves stocking.
Confirm and follow up calls and emails rebook appointments.
Sell memberships and create customized packages based on guests frequent visits.
Contact incoming leads.
Extend offers to clients based on past appointments.
Create andmodifytheemployeeschedule based on spaneeds (waitlist group bookings) new therapist availability.
Conduct end-of-monthprofessional and retailinventorycounts and occasionally.
Schedule in-person interviews and demos. Work with TSJ Recruiter to get phone screenings and necessary documents from candidates.
Review invoices to confirm all information was processed correctly- packages membership payments discounts and product consumption.
Attend various meetings as scheduled by Director of Spa.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days nights and weekends.
1 years relevant service experience in a luxury high-end environment.
A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience.
Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop mobile tablet and digital technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
High amount of professionalism and customer service in dealing with guests and staff members.
Must be able to communicate in a positive enthusiastic manner.
Knowledgeable of safety training procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry.
