Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet sales forecast inventory targets and production capacity across all organizations (MT LUX).
- Set guidelines for safety stock and monitor overall inventory levels at both MPS and MRP levels for organization.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of inbound items and stock out risks.
- Lead Manufacturing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and participate in execution of initiatives.
- Compile month-end reports: End of life future inventory estimates excess inventory company service levels.
- Attend necessary cross functional meetings to ensure Bill of Materials scrap service levels and production plans are aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and assist managing inventory levels across multiple facilities
- Make recommendations to product rationalization and capacity utilization
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business or supply chain
- 5 years of experience in production planning supply chain and/or scheduling in a manufacturing environment; prior Oracle ERP experience a plus
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office for communication planning and task management.
- Excellent excel/data analysis skills strong ERP troubleshooting skills
- CPIM or CSCP certification through APICS preferred
- Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capability.
- Capacity planning line support inventory optimization process development prioritization continuous ERP improvement efficiency initiatives and partnership with operations and sales to meet customer and revenue targets.
