Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry Do you excel in creating a high-performing team culture while delivering top-tier customer service We are looking for a dynamic Automotive Service Manager to work with our service department to go to the next level.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and motivate our service advisors technicians and support staff
- Manage daily dispatching operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Manage customer relations and ensure top-level service satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs including labor sales productivity and CSI scores
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in service management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of repair processes and automotive systems
- Familiarity with DMS systems is a plus
