DescriptionThe main function of a Risk Engineering Services Data Entry Associated is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing functions for the Risk Engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems including working with Google Maps to pull elevation and flood zones to provide to the Risk Engineers.
- The Risk Engineering Services Assistant will be collecting data and generating correspondence for reports in a predetermined format.
- This will occur by utilizing various company databases the internet and the Insured website to gather information needed by Risk Engineering Specialists.
- Associate will be data mining in various Chubb proprietary systems
Qualifications- Verbal and written communication skills multi-tasking customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word (using pre-determined templates and updating information as needed) Excel (Data Mining and entering needed information onto EXCEL Document which will need to be manipulated).
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years experience required.
