Overview
Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures
and guidelines. Attach trim to door subassembly. Uses hand tools and small power tools
to assemble units
Responsibilities
Sets up and operates production machine in accordance with established
procedures and guidelines
Reads and interprets blue prints to select position and secure machinery
Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks accurately according to specifications
in a timely fashion
Works under immediate supervision
Multi tasker with good organizational skills for managing stock and/or specials
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge / Skill / Abilities
Knowledge of Pneumatic equipment such as Nail Gun Screw Gun Stapler Router
Tape Measure Square
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs bending twisting stooping excellent dexterity
Must work at a fast pace where it is physically demanding
Strong eye/hand coordination. Standing for long continuous hours
Constant attention to detail and accuracy of material placement
Concentration on proper lifting and ensure floors are kept free of debris
Ability to read tape measure to 1/32 inch and understand bill of materials
Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to
avoid having any disruptions in production and customer service
Follow all operational and safety SOPs as written
Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent preferred not required
0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
