Location: Wrocław - 4 days in office / 1 day remote

The opportunity

Join our Finance Consulting team to drive transformation in financial processes and enhance client performance. As a Junior Finance Transformation Consultant you will assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and support clients in their Finance Transformation initiatives. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will gain valuable experience and contribute to impactful projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Supporting a range of tasks related to Finance Transformation including process assessments and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in the analysis of financial data and identifying areas for optimization.
• Collaborating with team members to draft reports and presentations for clients.
• Learning about financial planning budgeting processes and reporting tools.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Very good English (C1).
• Bachelors or masters degree in a Finance discipline or related field.
• Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to contribute ideas and influence team strategies.
• An analytical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.

Ideally youll also have

• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes and tools supported by your academic background.
