Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

A dynamic real estate entrepreneur handles buying selling development and renovation and is now expanding into rentals and nationwide development projects. They seek a strategic partner to grow their digital presencenot just someone to post content.

In this role youll lead a results-driven social media strategy that engages clients and attracts investors. Youll work directly with a forward-thinking entrepreneur combining creative freedom measurable impact and strategic influence to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business growth goals
Create compelling content that highlights properties market expertise and business capabilities
Build and maintain a strong professional online brand that attracts clients and investors nationwide
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns targeting potential clients across multiple markets
Craft content strategies to engage investors partners and potential buyers
Provide strategic insights on platform optimization audience targeting and engagement approaches
Track analyze and report performance metrics to guide continuous improvement
Collaborate directly with the business owner on content planning messaging and creative direction

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven expertise in social media strategy and content creation
Strong understanding of business-driven social media not just engagement metrics
Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and provide actionable guidance
Demonstrated success in creating content that drives real business outcomes
Bonus: Real estate industry knowledge or experience
Preferred: Experience working with entrepreneurs or small business owners
Nice to have: Video content creation and editing skills
