A rapidly expanding franchise business provides comprehensive headquarters support to franchisees across multiple locations. Experiencing significant growth the company is modernizing its technology stack with cutting-edge franchise management systems creating new opportunities for operational excellence and franchisee success.
Youll play a crucial role in supporting franchise operations during a pivotal growth phase working directly with an experienced headquarters operations team to ensure franchisees receive exceptional support. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on franchise success while gaining experience with specialized CRM and franchise management systems. Youll help streamline administrative processes that directly contribute to business growth and franchisee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Create and manage franchisee accounts and data within membership management systems
Migrate critical franchisee documentation and records into FranConnect franchise management platform (training provided)
Provide administrative support to address operational needs across the franchise network
Collaborate with the headquarters operations team to ensure seamless franchisee support delivery
Handle backend CRM setup and configuration tasks for optimal system performance
Assist franchisees with administrative needs through centralized support processes
Maintain accurate data management and organizational systems for franchise operations
Support system transitions and process improvements during the companys growth phase
Requirements
Proven administrative assistant experience preferably with international clients
Strong CRM experience particularly with backend setup and configuration
Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to evolving processes
Excellent organizational and data management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
Bonus: Experience with membership management systems (e.g. Hapana Core MindBody or similar platforms)
It helps if: You have previous experience supporting franchise or multi-location businesses
