Due to an internal promotion we currently have a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage one of our teams of underwriting specialists in the personal insurance business. You will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences across the entire journey from quote to renewal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building strong and lasting relationships with partners (bankers broker and advisers).
Providing appropriate reporting to partners to improve the service standards.
Attending operational partner meetings to report on team service and activities in order maintain and improve service delivery.
Recruiting developing leading and motivating a highly performing team within our contact centre environment.
Driving process simplification within the business.
Ensuring efficiency and productivity goals are met.
What youll need to succeed
Previous demonstrated insurance experience within a contact centre environment
Excellent relationship management skills
The ability to positively influence a team and others around you
Excellent communication skills with experience in writing reports and presenting to large groups
A customer centric focus
The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
