The Challenge

Are you an experienced senior Assistant with a sharp eye for detail a proactive mindset and the ability to think three steps ahead Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment and want to directly support members of our Leadership Team Then this is your opportunity to make an impact at pladis!

What does the role involve

As a Management Assistant you are working for several senior leadership team members in Europe and Developing Markets. You are the linchpin in the daily support of our leaders. You ensure they make the most of their time and are always well-prepared. From managing complex calendars to organizing international travel and preparing key documents you handle it all with flair discretion and precision.

Your Key Responsibilities

Organization & Planning

  • Manage complex international calendars and daily rescheduling
  • Organize multi-destination travel including visas accommodation and travel packs
  • Prepare meetings with relevant documents and briefing materials

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft communications and presentations on behalf of the executives
  • Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings such as 1:1s and leadership sessions

Administration & Support

  • Process invoices expenses and credit card statements
  • Maintain document management and filing systems
  • Screen calls and requests handling them independently where appropriate

Relationship Management

  • Proactively build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors
  • Working closely together with the Executive Assistant and the other Management Assistant

What do you bring

  • Experience working for multiple Directors or Senior Managers
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Experience with complex travel booking and Visa processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible stress-resistant and solution-oriented
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Discrete and professional in handling confidential information
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Full-time available
