Skills and Competencies
- 5 years experience in product marketing or product management at B2B technology companies
- Insurance or risk management industry experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and the ability to strategically leverage social media and other channels to expand reach and create opportunities
- Experience speaking at events and driving content flow for videos webinars demos and more
- Strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts with the ability to guide teams in applying AI tools to streamline workflows uncover insights and boost marketing efficiency
- Curious and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for exploring AI systems and a commitment to learning responsible AI practicesincluding risk management ethical use and transparency
Education
- A bachelors degree is required with an MBA strongly preferred

The Associate Director of Marketing will drive adoption of our insurance segments life property & specialty and casualty lines. This role involves developing a high-impact marketing strategy rooted in customer and market insights while fostering collaboration across marketing strategy sales and product management teams. The position reports to the Director of Marketing.
- Drive marketing strategy and execution for life property & specialty and casualty insurance lines
- Deliver customer and market insights to inform product and marketing decisions
- Champion Moodys thought leadership and presence in the insurance industry
- Leverage AI tools for market research workflow optimization and content creation
- Develop and articulate value propositions that resonate with target audiences
- Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives across teams
- Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts
