Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager for OT Cybersecurity to join us and support our client a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector. The consultant will be part of the Cybersecurity & Process Enablement team coordinating global rollout activities and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of OT cybersecurity initiatives across multiple regions.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate global rollout of OT cybersecurity projects across sites and regions.
Ensure on-time delivery of milestones tracking progress risks and issues.
Manage project plans governance reporting and stakeholder communication.
Support risk mitigation change management and compliance documentation.
Lead project meetings and facilitate coordination with OT site leads cybersecurity teams and third parties.
Contribute to the development and rollout of OT cybersecurity requirements (e.g. network segmentation access control asset inventory).
Review and validate technical and procedural deliverables.

Requirements

Residence in or near Barcelona (required) with availability to work on-site in Sant Cugat once per week.
Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication in a multinational environment.
Project Management Certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) required.
5 years of experience in project management ideally within cybersecurity IT infrastructure or OT domains.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional global projects.
Strong command of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum.
Demonstrated ability to manage scope timelines budgets and resources effectively.
Skilled in risk management mitigation planning and issue resolution.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF IEC 62443) is an advantage.
Understanding of OT systems and protocols (e.g. Modbus OPC DNP3) and cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms such as Claroty Nozomi Dragos Fortinet Palo Alto or Microsoft Defender for IoT.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
