As a Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) at TTEC you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Youll handle incoming calls chats or emails provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Your responsibilities include:
Answer incoming communications from customers courteously and professionally.
Identify and understand customer needs offering clear and effective solutions.
Conduct quick research using internal systems to resolve technical or account-related issues.
Document all interactions accurately and ensure proper follow-up.
Collaborate with your team to maintain service quality and achieve performance targets.
Work on rotational shifts (24/7) while maintaining high service standards.
This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will receive full support and training to ensure your success in the role.
Language Skills: German level C1 and English level B1.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a call center (customer service or related field).
Education: Graduates and dropouts are both eligible.
Excellent communication problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Attractive Salary: 44681 EGP Gross.
Transportation: Available after 9 PM (door-to-door for females).
Social Insurance provided.
Work Location: Maadi Cairo.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day 1-hour break.
Days Off: 2 days weekly.
