Job Summary

About the Role What You Will Do

As a Dutch Speaker Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) at TTEC youll be the first point of contact for customers providing professional assistance and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Youll handle customer communications through calls chats or emails helping them with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming customer communications promptly and professionally.

  • Understanding customer needs and delivering accurate helpful solutions.

  • Conducting research using internal tools to resolve product or account-related issues.

  • Documenting interactions and ensuring accurate follow-ups when necessary.

  • Working collaboratively with your team to maintain high-quality service standards.

  • Performing your duties in rotational shifts (24/7) with professionalism and consistency.

This position requires strong communication skills patience and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Youll receive full training and continuous support to help you succeed and grow in your role.



Requirements

  • Language Skills: Dutch level C1 and English level B1.

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a call center (customer service or related field).

  • Education: Graduates and dropouts are both welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work flexible rotational shifts.



  • Benefits

    • Attractive Salary: 57500 EGP Gross.

    • Transportation: Available after 9 PM (door-to-door service for females).

    • Social Insurance provided.

    • Work Location: Maadi Cairo Egypt (Postal Code: 11431).

    • Working Hours: 8 hours 1-hour break.

    • Days Off: 2 days weekly.
