About the Role What You Will Do
As a Spanish Speaker Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) at TTEC you will support customers through calls chats or emails ensuring their questions are answered and their issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Youll represent one of the worlds top brands while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Your main responsibilities include:
Managing incoming customer communications professionally and efficiently.
Understanding customer needs and providing accurate effective solutions.
Conducting research using internal systems to resolve inquiries.
Documenting all interactions clearly and ensuring proper follow-up.
Working as part of a supportive team to achieve service and performance goals.
Adapting to rotational shifts (24/7) with flexibility and professionalism.
This role requires strong communication skills a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle different situations calmly and effectively. Full training will be provided.
Requirements
Language Skills: Spanish level C1 and English level B1.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a call center (customer service or similar).
Education: Graduates and dropouts are both welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible rotational shifts.
Benefits
Attractive Salary: 28000 EGP Gross.
Transportation: Available after 9 PM (door-to-door for females).
Social Insurance provided.
Work Location: Maadi Cairo Egypt (Postal Code: 11431).
Working Hours: 8 hours 1-hour break.
Days Off: 2 days weekly.
