Job Summary

Drive the execution of the P&O Knowledge Management (KM) strategy by designing and implementing frameworks that enable seamless knowledge access across the function. Ensure priorities are clearly defined and communicated conduct assessments and develop the target operating model and portfolio.
Lead the planning and oversight of knowledge related investments and resources ensuring alignment with organizational goals and tracking performance against adoption and impact metrics.
Champion operational excellence by embedding knowledge management into core P&O processes streamlining knowledge flows and optimizing resource allocation to support continuous learning and strategic decision-making.

Lead the creation of a comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy for the P&O function ensuring it aligns with broader organizational goals and objectives. This includes defining key milestones resources and timelines for successful execution.
Establish Governance: Set up governance frameworks to ensure consistent high-quality and secure knowledge sharing.
Drive Knowledge Management system usage: Oversee the deployment and continuous enhancement of Knowledge Management tools and platforms in collaboration with P&O Digital and Technology partners ensuring they are user-friendly well-integrated and widely adopted by P&O teams
Facilitate Knowledge sharing: Identify key knowledge gaps and promote initiatives that encourage employees to share expertise insights and best practices both formally (through structured systems) and informally (through collaboration and mentoring).
Measure Impact & Improve: Regularly track and report on the effectiveness of KM initiatives using KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance. Implement continuous improvements to increase the accessibility usage and value of knowledge within the function.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with P&O Digital and Technology partners to align Knowledge Management initiatives with functional needs and technological solutions. Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and forums to integrate Knowledge Management practices with other P&O technologies.
Champion Change Management for Knowledge Management Initiatives: Lead change management efforts for new Knowledge Management initiatives by creating clear communication plans providing training and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process
Any other accountability as assigned by the Global Head P&O Strategy & Portfolio
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance will be measured: indicators activities)
Execution of Knowledge Management Strategy Roadmap: Delivery of defined short- and mid-term initiatives according to agreed milestones.
Knowledge Management Adoption Across P&O: P&O teams actively using KM solutions and contributing to knowledge assets
Operational Integration of Knowledge Management : Number of core P&O processes and policies with embedded KM practices (e.g. onboarding M&A transformation projects).
KM Impact & Efficiency Gains: Demonstrated reduction in duplicated work or time-to-access critical knowledge supported by stakeholder feedback or usage analytics.
Ideal Background/Requirements (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level; any other soft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements)



Requirements

Bachelors Degree is required. Masters degree in business discipline/ MBA is preferred
Experience
7 years of experience in Program Management Knowledge Management Change Management or related fields.
Proven experience designing and implementing Knowledge Management strategies in a global matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of Knowledge Management tools taxonomies and AI-enabled knowledge discovery.
Experience in P&O is a strong plus.
Excellent facilitation stakeholder management and communication skills.
Languages
Excellent oral & written communication in English
