Role: Sr. Software Delivery Analyst - Onsite - Need Clearance
Role Summary:
o As a Software Delivery Analyst in Customers Employee Experience Technology (EET) organization you will assist in fulfilling Software Delivery service requests for our internal customers on a global scale.
o The requests are generally to implement new software upgrade existing software or to release bug security fixes to desktop slap tops Virtual Machines.
o A successful candidate will have:
Strong soft skills enabling them to gather understand customer requirements schedule activities with our engagement points and stick handle complex problems.
Strong analytical skills specifically in troubleshooting and data analysis
A technical background with an aptitude for learning new technology quickly.

o This role reports to the Manager of EET Software Delivery.
Role and Responsibilities:
o Managing the end-to-end deployment of changes (in the form of SCCM packages) to the desktop laptop Virtual Machine environment in accordance with software delivery standards and processes ensuring as little impact to end users as possible.
o Gathering and understanding customer requirements interpret their objectives and look for ways to help them accomplish their goals.
o Build schedules with key stakeholders and coordinate testing piloting and delivery.
o Ensure all project documentation is fully complete and projects are moved through their workflow (includes change tickets knowledge solutions checklists etc.).
o Ensure support teams are well prepped to promptly manage issues and escalations.
o Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.
o Develop and manage relationships with both business and technical teams.
o Contribute to and lead the development of standard software delivery practices and procedures.
o Facilitate and participate in discussions to overcome technical challenges by finding workarounds and solutions.
o Provide regular status updates and work collaboratively with a global team.
o Data analysis and creating reports for our customers partners.
o Pro-actively identify and resolve team and individual technology knowledge gaps.
MUST HAVE Skill sets:
o MUST BE ELIGIBLE to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance.
o Highly service oriented with a strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations.
o Solid written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
o Ability to communicate with both technical and Business people.
o Strong relationship management skills with an established track record of creating and maintaining positive business relationships.
o Strong facilitation and troubleshooting skills to work around and solving technical or business problems with a cross-functional team.
o Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with a global team.
o Ability to prioritize workload and drive multiple projects forward simultaneously.
o Attentive to detail and ability to identify gaps early in projects.
o Able to suggest process improvements but also to follow a process and ensure all required steps are completed.
o Experience working on medium to large scale technology projects.
o A technical background with an aptitude for learning new technology quickly.
o A positive attitude with a history of taking initiative to make things better.
Required Technical Skills:
o Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other software delivery platforms.
o Data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
o Data analysis using SQL would be an asset.
o An understanding of the Windows operating system (file structure registry user profile etc.)
