About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager were seeking a logistics coordinator with strong customer focus to join our team. This role is vital to our operations and suits a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced customer-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate safe cost-effective and reliable freight movements across the network
Liaise with customers and third-party providers to ensure service alignment and delivery standards
Partner with the data analyst to enhance systems and processes; maintain accurate records in S4 including data pricing and updates
Monitor and ensure compliance with transport service level agreements
Proactively manage exceptions and resolve logistics-related issues
Review freight quotes to ensure best value and service; process freight invoices with accrual checks; plan and consolidate freight routes for efficiency

About You
Youll bring solid experience in transport and logistics along with:

Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen
Knowledge of dangerous goods handling
Proficiency in Transport Management Systems
Advanced skills in Excel Word and Outlook
Familiarity with safety procedures
