As a Customer Care Agent at Laka Group SRL in the Machinery industry you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing support to maintain strong relationships.
Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information about products services and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certification in customer service is a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
