Were seeking individuals who are passionate about aesthetics and eager to work in a friendly supportive setting. At Vivaz youll have the opportunity to help patients enhance their appearance and well-being with our proven skin rejuvenation anti-aging and skincare treatments.This position requires the Retail Associate to work 24 hours per week picking up a variety of shifts.
Vivaz Medical Spa Hours:
Monday Tuesday and Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Wednesday and Thursday 8:00AM - 7:00PM
Summary
Functions in retail sales and provides education. Follows the customer input process to qualify the customer and obtain the necessary information and signatures to process orders accurately and efficiently.Job Description
Updates account maintenance and files with all pertinent information. Knowledgeable of product specialty lines. Answers the telephone and ask probing questions to screen calls and schedule for the appropriate individual. Strong communication skills. Utilizes office equipment including fax copier multi-line telephone system and pagers. Ability to use appropriate reference materials. Affinity for equipment troubleshooting. Forty hour work week with occasional and additional hour fluctuation.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Sales and marketing experience preferred.
When applicable the employee must have a current valid drivers license and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health drivers.
