Pay: $113000 - $154000/annually

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-Time Permanent Direct-Hire
Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
Provide high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient family and care team
Provide skilled goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Must have an active PT License in the State of California or be eligible to obtain one
Previous Physical Therapy experience is a bonus
