Regional Sales Manager Power & AV Solutions (Remote)
Southeast or Midwest U.S. 5075% travel required
Our client a leading innovator in power quality and protection technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across the Southeast and Midwest U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected brand in the professional audio-visual (AV) and power management space ensuring reliable performance of mission-critical systems worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts across assigned regions managing relationships with new and existing partners.
- Conduct sales and product training sessions for rep firms dealers and integration partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide regular sales forecasting reporting and market insights to leadership.
- Support buying group partnerships and represent the company at regional and national industry events.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive end-user outreach and strengthen channel relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the pro AV or power management industry.
- Proven success managing dealer and distribution networks.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel 50-75% across the region.
Preferred Skills
- Based in the Southeast or Midwest U.S.
- Strong technical aptitude or background in electrical AV or control systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls Biamp Audio DSP Shure and Intelix. Great to have: AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking switches routers firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude strong work ethic and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
