Your Tasks
Responsibilities
- To drive sales (PC/BA) in Supermarket and Hypermarket channels.
- Monitoring of competitors activities in the market and providing feedback & solutions.
- To build strong in-store team by leading coaching developing team members.
- To ensure in-store excellent execution and compliance with trade marketingguideline (display new news OOS tester POG NPD and TRAX).
- To ensure distribution and availibility of Beiersdorfs products in assigned customers stores.
- To build good relationship with assigned customers operation team to ensure that BDF is one of the preferred suppliers.
- Follow monitor and Audit Supervisor Team.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of business administration or related field.
- Working in-store (PC/BA/Supervisor) at least 2 years.
- Retailer operation knowledge.
- Good presentation problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions customer needs and sales strategies.
- Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection challenges or setbacks.
- Perseveres through difficult negotiations ensuring long-term success.
- Sales Analysis skills.
- Good in using Microsoft office (excel ppt word).
