The Finance Clerk is responsible for: the timely and accurate payments to suppliers for goods and services acquired for the sites operations and for providing information about payables and payments for reporting purposes the timely and accurate invoicing for goods and services supplied to the sites customers and for providing information about receivables for reporting purposes processing cash receipts depositing of all monies for sites operations and maintenance of petty cash fund and cash float as well as the distribution of comfort monies as required.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
Please note that an employee is not permitted to hold two or more positions across the WRHA legal entity that combine to equal more than 1.0 EFT.
