What Youll Do:

Looking to break into the bar business The Barback is the perfect entry-level opportunity for you to gain experience.

Every Bartender needs a capable assistant to have their back behind the bar. Here are a few of the tasks you can expect to complete regularly:

Monitor and maintain the stock of ice juice liquor beer and wine.

Cut and stock garnishes for drinks.

Ensure bar area is clean and organized.

Where Youve Been:

Were looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent. While previous bartending experience is a plus it is not required. What we really want is someone capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations. If that sounds like you go ahead and apply.

When Youre Here:

This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds walking bending/twisting climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
