- Work environment: Surgery
- Work hours: PRN on an as needed basis
Surgery Department highlights:
- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
- Fast-Paced high-volume department averaging 75 surgeries/day
- Level I Trauma Candidate performing high-acuity and intense surgical procedures capable of providing excellent clinical experience to the new hire.
- Robotics Complex spine and ortho trauma and intricate plastic surgery cases are the highlight of surgical offerings at THFW
Education
Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or
Associates Degree Nursing Req Or
Bachelors Degree Nursing Pref
Experience
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Req
2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Pref
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire Req And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req
