The Operating Room RN under the immediate supervision of the Operating Room Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the safety of the patients while in the OR and assists with the supervision of nonprofessional personnel in the unit.

• Collects interprets records and communicates pertinent data that are relative to the patients care in surgery
• Utilizes data collected to plan for intra-operativenursing care
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for the safety and administration of quality care to each patient to meet their physical psychological and psychosocial needs
• Continuously evaluates the patients response to nursing interventions and modifies the plan of care to achieve desired outcomes
• Supervises and directs patient care in an individual operating room
• Provides guidance and supervision to ancillary nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned
• New hire training on all systems and office practices
• Training support and communication of all ASC information
• Proficient inall ASCoperations

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Statelicensure as Registered Nurse required.
• Knowledge and experience in perioperative care of the surgical patient in ambulatory surgery
• BLS ACLS qualified
• Ability to handle stressful work environment; comfortable performing a variety of projects in conjunction with normal activities
• Organization and problem-solving skills proficient with Microsoft application
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as doctors notes
• Excellent customer service
• Self-Starter
• Professional Leadership Skills
• Compensation range $46.00/Hr-$52.00/Hr.
