Job Summary
Position Title:Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation
Location:Hyannis MA
Job Type:Contract Travel
Schedule:Rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: 2722 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients physical abilities through evaluation and observation of their functional movement strength range of motion and pain levels.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs goals and conditions with an emphasis on restoring movement and function.
- Administer therapeutic interventions including exercise programs manual therapy gait training and modalities (heat cold ultrasound electrical stimulation etc.).
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans injury prevention and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure safe and proper use of rehabilitation equipment.
- Adhere to safety privacy and infection control standards.
- Travel to various facilities and quickly adapt to their protocols and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS or other certifications may be required depending on assignment).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in physical therapy with a focus on rehabilitation.
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
- Ability to assess diagnose and treat a wide range of physical impairments.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new settings and facilities.

- Travel assignments typically last 813 weeks with the possibility of extension.
