Team Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in our Business Development Center. As a Business Development Coordinator at Team Chevrolet the position plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement managing leadsand supporting the sales process within our dealership.

Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
Proactively reach out to potential customers to provide and gather relevant information and invite customers to the dealership
Approaches greets and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Gathering leads through various channels such as phone calls email campaigns text/chat and online inquiries
To ensure that leads are promptly following up and provided necessary information to move them through the sales funnel
Answer all inquiries provide product informationschedule appointments and address customer concerns
Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Knows and understands the current federal state and local laws which govern retail automobile sales. Also maintains current knowledge regarding Chevrolet standards along with Team Chevrolet dealership expectations.
After the customer leaves the dealership whether they purchased or not the BDC center follows up to to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post visit concerns
Maintains high levels of customer service that are consistent with Team Chevrolet standards.
Consistently achieve the daily outbound call quota of 70 calls per day
Attending product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
Keeps updated of new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers.
Maintaining active and productive customer engagement
Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer.
Collaborate with your supervisor to assess daily appointments and identify potential areas where assistance maybe needed
Reach out to eligible customers who may qualify for special offers or promotions
Engage in constructive discussions with your supervisor providing updates on daily activities and progress
Focus on scheduling appointments to meet the target of 4 appointments per day
Analyze lease end and renewal opportunities for customers
Reschedule canceled or missed appointments
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Maintains a prospect development system.
Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
Maintains professional appearance.
High school diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer service experience required.
State of Nevada Sales License
State of Nevada Drivers License required.
