Job Summary
Subject matter expert in energy and electrical installations as and equipment as well. Ensure all electrical infrastructure aligns with ford motor company construction specifications NOM STPS Combustion Safety (electrical) Electrical Safety.
Ensure availability in energy distribution and work along with process coach to detect prevent and correct electrical issues in transformers busducts switchgears master packs substations internal lighting external lighting electrical installation and support production team in electrical related tasks. Guide plant hourlies for building electrical maintenance.
Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure energy supply for plant operations monitor energy metrics such as demands consumptions energy consumption per unit assembled power factor availability LTCs FTOVs SOI VJP/PTA scope of work compliances ariba requisitions payment process biddings.
Ensure launching programs and increase capacity projects to comply with electrical building requirements. Participate in FHA CIB Efficiency projects in order to fund research and also of project execution. Building Management System support.
Lead and participate in local and national energy committee looking to innovate learn best practices and plan energy strategies. Contribute to reach and continuously improve the performance indicators of Safety Quality Delivery Cost People Maintenance and Enviromental.
2-6 Hourlies in charge.
Qualifications
Bachelor degreed:Electrical engineer Electromechanical engineer Electronic engineer Mechatronic engineer with electrical expertise (candidate must proof expertise)
Electrical distribution and installations experience (5-10 years min)
115kv 13.8kv 480v 227v 120v and measurement instruments.
Automotive experience desirable
Controls Compressors chillers and cooling towers knowledge is a plus.
