We are currently looking for a Junior Strategic Planner who will support the Site Planning Director with:

• S&OP and SIOP Management: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure balanced supply and demand and effective inventory management.
• Digitalization Activities:
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the planning team to improve processes enhance data accuracy and support decision-making.
  • Maintain current knowledge of new technologies and techniques related to planning and recommend their incorporation into the Planning management process.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Region with the development of consistent performance reporting tools and work with the site planning team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Load and Capacity Planning:
  • Manage load and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and implement thorough and efficient load and capacity plans that meet site goals and commitments
