The Work

Handle litigation from inception through resolution
Conduct client interviews depositions discovery and motion practice
Participate in case strategy settlement negotiations and trial preparation
Collaborate with a tight-knit high-performing legal team

The Ideal Candidate

2 years of insurance defense experience preferred
Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
Eager to transition to plaintiff-side contingency work
Comfortable working fully in-office in Los Angeles and appearing regularly in court
Motivated organized and ready to take initiative

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150000$200000 (DOE)
Bonuses: Annual performance bonuses lucrative case origination bonuses
