Make an Impact by:
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Good knowledge on Power Automate Desktop (PAD) UiPath or other RPA platforms.
- Analyze existing business processes workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed automation solutions.
- Create process flow diagrams data models and other visual aids to support understanding.
- Develop test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
- Perform testing debugging and documentation of automation workflows.
- Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
- Create dashboards and reports to track automation performance and impact.
- Involved in process improvement.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelors degree in information systems Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years relevant experience as Automation Technical Analyst.
- Experience in Power Automate Desktop UiPath Confluence and Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
