Job Summary

You will support the procurement teams by purchasing orders maintaining procurement records storing documents and solving order issues.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.
- Keep procurement activities aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensure proper alignment of the inbound supply chain for MRO/Interco parts across our business units.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management Supply Chain Purchasing or other Engineering/Management-related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying Planning and Supply Chain or data mining manipulation analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of MRP ERP and SRM systems and tools and multi-level BOMs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
- Experience in using Oracle or other similar applications for data entry.
