As Plant HR Manager you will be responsible to Lead best in class employee engagement and operational excellence through establishment/sustainability of high-performance work teams world-class talent management and innovative operational practices strengthen HR function in operational plant service and results and driven by example Lear core values been inclusive been inventive and getting results in the right way.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Bachelors degree in business administration Human capital management or related areas
Advanced English
3 years of managerial experience in an automotive manufacturing company
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage change effectively
